This Online Workshop Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of day of the payment, between Education Center Pty. Ltd. trading as GTE EXPERTS (referred to as “Company”) and the customer (referred to as “Customer”).
**1. Workshop Details:**
The Company agrees to provide the Customer with access to an online workshop as described in the selected package.
**2. Terms and Conditions:**
a. **No Refund Policy:** The Customer acknowledges and agrees that there shall be no refunds for the workshop fee paid by them, as the Company will be sharing its proprietary knowledge and expertise.
b. **1:1 Training:** The Company will provide 1:1 training sessions until realistic results are achieved. The duration and frequency of these sessions will be mutually agreed upon.
c. **Termination of Service:** The Company reserves the right to discontinue services to the Customer in the event of:
– Lack of Customer effort in training.
– Constant changes in Customer’s staff that hinder the progress of the workshop.
– Unfair communication and practices on the part of the Customer.
d. **Customer Rights:**
– The Customer has the right to ask questions related to the workshop content and seek clarification during the workshop period.
– The Customer shall have access to video material and online tools related to the workshop for a period of 12 months from the workshop commencement date.
– The Customer may cancel their payment before the workshop date, subject to the cancellation policy outlined in this Agreement.
e. **Package Selection:**
– The Customer acknowledges that selecting the wrong package may result in the forfeiture of 1:1 training rights, and they will only be entitled to the benefits of the selected package.
**3. Payment:**
The Customer agrees to make the payment for the workshop as per the package selected. Payment shall be made in full prior to the workshop commencement date.
**4. Confidentiality:**
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the workshop, including but not limited to trade secrets, processes, and techniques.
**5. Disclaimer:**
The Company shall not be held responsible for the results achieved by the Customer during or after the workshop. The success of the workshop is dependent on the Customer’s dedication, efforts, and commitment to learning.
**6. Governing Law:**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By proceeding with the payment, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
